There are Dalmatas beach and Cleopatra’s Beach in the west part of city. To the east of the peninsula are beaches Keykubat and Portakal. The part of the coast to the east of the historic center is often called as the “Eastern Beach”. There are also popular beaches like Ulaş, Konaklı, Fuğla, İncekum, Mahmutlar outside the city.
Entrance to almost all coast beaches is free. Tourists can swim and sunbathe anywhere. You can also take a shower after swimming.You need to pay to use the sun beds and parasols (some hotels have beach chairs and beach umbrellas for their customers on the coast). The Cleopatra beach is located near to the center of the city, to west of historic part of town. The beach is a continuation of the Dalmatash beach. Cleopatra Beach is part of the Dalmatash beach (in some sources Dalmatash beach named as part of the beach of Cleopatra).

The “Red Tower” (Kızıl Kule) is one of the main historical attractions of the city. The octagonal tower of red brick is one of the symbols of the city (in 1992 – 2005 tower was depicted on Turkish banknotes). The tower is located next to the old shipyard and harbor of Alanya. The Tower was construction was completed in 1226. The tower height is about 33 meters, a diameter about 29 meters. At present in the tower is a museum.

Dim River is one of the most visited natural beauties in Alanya with its refreshing air and water in all seasons. It’s located 15 kms from central Alanya. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
After choosing the best house for you and making the final decision on the purchase. The next step is having to conclude the sales and purchase contract.
Starting the sales and purchase process, the buyer needs to have a passport and 1,000 euros to make an advance payment.
According to Turkish law, the sales contract is made in three identical copies in two languages that are English and Turkish.
The contract must contain the mandatory information as:
Required documents:
- Photocopy of passport or ID
- Surnames and first names of mother and father both from the side of the buyer and from the side of the seller
- Data on the real estate subject of the contract. Namely:
floor layout, construction features, date of commissioning and so on

REGISTRATION OF ‘’the Certificate of Title to Real Estate’’ (TAPU)
The Certificate of title to real estate ‘’TAPU’’ is the only official document that confirms the transfer of the right of ownership of the new owner. The certificate is issued by the Land Cadastral Office. All documents are stored and archived also in that government agency.
This document contains information about the owner of the property, the location, cadastral value, registration number, apartment, and floor number as well as the photos of all property.
The certificate of ownership in Turkey should have a seal at the bottom centre of the page.
TAPU comes in two colors, depending on the type of property being acquired. The red color of the certificate is issued to owners of residential and commercial property (apartments, villas, houses, cottages). The Blue one is for land. Before finalising the buying the house, a full payment must be made including all state duties and taxes for the purchased residential property.
To get TAPU, the following procedure must be performed:
1- Get Turkish ITN
- The procedure is free and takes only a few minutes. You can get an ITN at any branch of the Turkish tax office. You will need your ITN in the future to open an account with a Turkish bank, obtain a residence permit in Turkey and pay taxes.

in the Cadastral Office in the presence of the buyer, seller and sworn translator.

3- For registration of TAPU, it is necessary to provide
the following documents:
